Gifts to Class of 1975 Endowed Civic and Social Innovation Fund contribute to...
Calling all members from the Class of 1975!
Help us meet our Scarlet & Give Back Day goal of 50 donors from our class in honor of our class year. We continue to raise funds for the Class of 1975 Endowed Civic Education and Innovation Fund we are establishing in honor of our 50th Reunion. The fund's mission is to empower students and faculty to engage in transformative experiences that blend academic and community-connected, hands-on learning to achieve real world impact.
The fund is inspired in part by our "coming of age" in Grinnell during a time of continuing political, social and cultural upheaval and how -- for many of us -- the Grinnell experience helped to shape not only our participation in the activism of the time, but how we carried ourselves forward as agents of change. The fund also recognizes and supports the many ways in which the College and the faculty have been investing in programs and initiatives that authentically connect and engage students in understanding issues and making change.
The Fund will support student participation in projects that are student-initiated and led as well as projects designed by faculty members, community partners and social innovators that involve students in direct service and/or driving long term systemic change.
Please make your gift today in support of the Class of 1975 Civic Education and Innovation Fund or another area of campus that resonates with you. All gifts, of any size and to any fund, make a difference!
